Freight and Logistics
BCEC does not handle exhibitor freight.
Exhibitors’ freight deliveries may only be made on the scheduled bump‑in day, and exhibitors must be onsite to receive their items and transport them from the loading dock to their stand. All items must be removed from the venue on the bump‑out day. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their freight is collected by their courier before they leave the site. Small items can be carried in by hand or small trolley, park at the Centre and proceed to the event space. Large trolleys and freight are not permitted in guest lifts. Bulky freight should be moved in through the Loading dock.
The Plaza Level
The Plaza Level with its sky lit atrium is where BCEC on Grey Street and BCEC on Merivale Street connect. This key level features an expansive natural-lit foyer where the exhibitor area is located. The conference will be held in Plaza rooms 9 - 11.
